Mortgage crisis? Is it over? Or are more foreclosures expected?
According to Ocwen Financial, whose subsidiary, Ocwen Loan Financing LLC holds 350,000 mortgages, things are looking up. They report that since the mortgage crisis began in 2007, this is the first time they have seen the number of delinquencies flatten.
